The Idaho legislature is just starting to gear up! Lots of committee hearings, public testimony, and bills on the floor. I introduced my first bill and it died on a 35-31 vote. I love what Kevin Reichert from the Idaho Statesman wrote on Thursday's opinion page: Title: Good Day for the Bad Guys. "I suppose when you're convicted of a crime, you learn who your friends are. And criminals have 35 friends in the House of Representatives" Wow! That presents a different perspective doesn't it?
